Skiing holiday in the heart of Aarhus

Christmas in Aarhus had this year an exciting twist when the Aarhus Snow Park opened to the public by the “Amphistage” between ARoS Aarhus Kunstmuseum and the Concert Hall. It is the largest City Snow Park in Northern Europe, where you can try your skills on the 400-meter long ski slope. There will be special events on a regular basis. Don’t worry if you haven’t got the ski gear; skis and equipment can be hired at the snowpark.

The supplier of the snow also supplied the snow for the most recent Winter Olympics in Sochi, and the organisers are therefore not afraid to provide guarantees of snow throughout Christmas. Having taken on the Aarhus Alps, you can always pay a visit to the snow park apres-ski area for a good time.

Free admission for schools and institutions in the Aarhus municipality during weekdays from 10am to 3pm.
